9:30 - 10:30: Hello Summer Flow Class

Led by Julie Logue. For Beginners and Advance Yogis. Connect breath with movement firing up your core with this morning flow class.

10:45 - 11:45: SLOW FLOW YOGA

Led by Brenda Smage. Brenda will move you with breath to take time to gently open up the body before working into more challenging poses. Balancing effort and relaxation, you’ll leave feeling totally rejuvenated!

12:00 - 12:45: Vegetarian lunch

Catered Vegetarian lunch will be provided.

12:45 - 2:00: SOMATICS and CHakra meditation

Led by Ellen McKenzie. Class will begin with a discussion on the chakras. Ellen will then move into Somatics which is movement therapy, a practice of getting to know oneself through life movements. Class will then end with a Chakra Meditation.

2:15 - 3:15: flow

Led by Hope Henley. For Beginners and Advanced Yogis. This class will blend the best of both worlds: a moderately paced vinyasa flow with some longer holds.

3:30 - 4:30: yoga nidra

Led by Jamie Healy. Nidra, meaning sleep, is a deep relaxation form of yoga and a technique to awaken the connection between body, mind, and soul. You need just bring an open mind to the profoundly healing benefits of this restorative practice.
